1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, have the authority to connect brokerage accounts, and agree to these terms to use Algovested.

Algovested delivers research, automation workflows, and decision-support tools. We are not a broker-dealer and do not custody funds.

Users remain responsible for monitoring trades placed through their brokers, paying applicable taxes, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

You may not reverse-engineer the platform, share credentials, or use Algovested to violate market regulations or infringe on intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or if required by regulators. You may stop using the service at any time.

Markets carry risk. Automation does not eliminate the possibility of losses. Algovested is not liable for market movements or broker outages.
